1. Protecting Your Privacy
a) This privacy policy (“the Policy”) applies to Terragen Holdings Limited (ABN 36-073-892-636) (“Terragen” or “we”) operations in Australia. The Policy explains how Terragen handles personal information and complies with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 (“Privacy Act”).
